HOW TO HARVEST Pea Shoots:
- After about three weeks of growth, or when the plants reach at least 6" long, the pea shoots can be harvested.
- Pinch off about 4" of pea shoots, right above a node, or growth point. This will allow new growth to develop for continuous harvests!
