HOW TO HARVEST Pea Shoots:

  1. After about three weeks of growth, or when the plants reach at least 6" long, the pea shoots can be harvested.
  2. Pinch off about 4" of pea shoots, right above a node, or growth point. This will allow new growth to develop for continuous harvests!
