Shipping & Receiving

Our factory is located in the beautiful small town of Middlebury, Vermont. Our town collects trash and recycling from a horse-drawn trailer... Seriously. Despite living in a small town, we have top shelf transportation partners, we ship with most major carriers, and we guarantee speedy deliveries, unless a driver gets caught behind the horse... which happens rarely ;)

Once you place your order we will process the transaction and ship your Seedsheet as soon as possible. Please be patient with us during the "Shark Tank effect" as we will be fielding an unprecedented volume of orders. We have the espresso mix at the ready and will be working around the clock to process your orders! Depending on the unit you purchase, your package will be shipped inside of waterproof polytubing or a cardboard box to ensure safe arrival.

Store your Seedsheet in a cool, stable environment (basements are ideal) until you are ready to plant. We guarantee a shelf-life of 1year if left inside of the original packaging. The sheet can still be planted after the 1yr "Best By Date", however it should be noted that germination percentages will begin to decrease gradually the longer you go beyond that date.

We believe in our product, and we test plant hundreds of products each year to ensure they meet our rigorous criteria. We are very happy and confident with the Seedsheet, however we also must emphasize that at the end of the day, we are still dependent on nature. If you plant a Seedsheet outside in the middle of a New England winter, it ain't going to work! We do stand behind our products and offer a satisfaction guarantee, we simply ask that you email us a photo of your garden so we can continue to troubleshoot and improve your growing experience.

We are still a very young company, and we are extremely thankful to our customers for supporting this startup and for sharing our vision of a transparent food supply. We want to help you Take Control of Your Food, and we want you to love the experience of using a Seedsheet! Please don't hesitate to ask us questions, show off pictures of your garden (#SeedsheetSuccess), and let us know what else we can do to help pioneer the Future of Food.
